ONLINE ORDERS - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Should you need to return or exchange your online order, kindly contact our Head Office by emailing pro@justundies.co.za

Online orders can NOT be returned in store without contacting our Head Office and receiving the next steps for the return/exchange process.

Should you change your mind after a purchase, you can return the item back to our Head Office within 7 days provided that the item is still in it's original sales packaging and the tags are in tact. Kindly contact our Head Office by emailing pro@justundies.co.za for assistance.

Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange G-strings, Teddies, Bodystockings, Self Adhesive Bras, Adult Wellness Products and Accessories.
