We’re here for you. We are open for business. We are accepting orders and working remotely so that we can offer you all the usual input, advice, support and care. 

You are welcome to order. (We'd be thrilled to have your support!) We will process your order as soon as humanly possible.
This is likely to be soon, when we move to Level 3 Lockdown, or as sooner as the eCommerce order fulfilment becomes possible.

Essential Products can now be delivered to your door. 
We have been certified for Essential Products, which can be found here. Any orders placed that contain products that are not deemed "essential products" will be processed and shipped as soon as we get permission to do so.

  • We will remain open, available and working throughout this lockdown. You are able to place orders and contact us. All our services (except dispatch) will stay open.
  • Chat and email support will remain available during working hours (9 am - 4 pm), as well as our speedy responses to any product questions or order queries you may have.
  • Orders will be processed and delivered as soon as we're back. We will have no delays. We take our obligations seriously.
